The story
The Bisbee building is a former boarding house — the kind of place where many people pass through over time and where local stories quickly attach to particular rooms. Reported paranormal activity includes apparitions, footsteps, voices, and experiences linked to guest spaces or investigations. No spirit has been proven to exist; what can be said is that guests, investigators, and local accounts have reported unusual activity. The reasons the stories persist are easy to see: Bisbee’s mining history, older architecture, and transient lodging culture create a strong backdrop for haunted tourism. As an operating lodging and event property, Oliver House should only be accessed through official booking, events, or approved investigation arrangements.
